BiA
Brothers in Arms
Universal crew perk that boosts every crew member's effective training by 5%, improving reload, aim time, view range, and more.
What it means
Brothers in Arms (BiA) is the only crew perk that affects every tank stat indirectly. When all crew members on the tank have it trained to 100%, each member's effective skill level is treated as 5% higher — which then boosts reload time, gun handling, view range, terrain resistance, and every other crew-influenced stat. It's the universal multiplier that doesn't show in any single stat box.
How it's calculated
Modifiers
Stacks multiplicatively with Improved Ventilation (+5% crew skill) and food consumables (+10% crew skill) for total +20% crew effectiveness. Skilled players run all three on competitive tanks.
Where it's located
Every crew member (commander, gunner, driver, loader, radio operator) must train BiA independently. Skill — not perk — so partial training has zero effect until all members reach 100%.
Example
Why it matters
BiA is the second-highest-priority crew skill after Sixth Sense. Its universality means a single trained skill upgrades the tank across the board — equivalent to mounting an extra piece of equipment for free. Top players never field a competitive tank without BiA fully trained.
