What it means
Improved Ventilation raises every crew member's effective skill level by 5%. Since crew skill feeds into reload, aim time, view range, dispersion and more, vents deliver a ~2-3% improvement across nearly every stat on the tank rather than a large boost to one.
Example
On a tank with a well-trained crew, vents shave a fraction off reload and aim time while adding a few meters of view range — individually small, together noticeable.
Why it matters
Vents are the classic third-slot pick on well-rounded tanks where no single weakness screams for a dedicated fix.
Common pitfall
⚠ Open-topped vehicles cannot mount ventilation — check the equipment list before planning a build around it.
